Election to Take Under Will and Conveyances

To the Executor of the Will of Joseph B. Dunn, Deceased:

I am satisfied with the provisions made for me by my deceased husband, Joseph B. Dunn, in his Will dated March 30, 1999, and otherwise. Therefore, intending to be legally bound hereby, I elect to take under that Will, and I hereby waive my right to take an elective share.
